Refund & Returns Policy – Victoria’s Body Jewellery

No Returns or Refunds for Hygiene Reasons

Due to the intimate nature of body jewellery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the item. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations, as body jewellery cannot be resold once opened or handled.

Please ensure you check product details, sizes, and materials carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a refund. To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@vsbodyshop.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery window, we will assist in locating it with the courier. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be issued once the courier confirms the item is officially lost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on any body jewellery products.
