Shipping Policy – Victoria’s Body Jewellery

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Options

We currently ship within the UK using trusted delivery partners.

Standard Delivery (1–5 working days) – Sent via Royal Mail or equivalent courier – Tracking may be provided depending on the service used

Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – Available at checkout – Fully tracked service

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. Customers are responsible for all postage fees.

Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@vsbodyshop.co.uk. We will assist in locating your order, but please allow the courier’s full delivery window before reporting a missing parcel.

International Shipping

International shipping may be added in the future. At present, we only ship within the UK.

Customs & Import Fees

Not applicable at this time, as we do not ship internationally.

All jewellery is packaged securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
